Owners have spent years clearing the lot to cultivate green space and room for the oaks to stretch out and be seen. The organic garden is fenced and ready for its new gardener. Well pump house and tank are near garden, on walk down to the oak grove and treehouse. Custom insulated pump house was built on site in 2021. Water holding tank system installed in 2022 by Bee Cave Drilling. A gravel dry well installed in 2020 between the house and the garden receives drainage water from a French drain running from the courtyard, the water softener backflush, and the downstairs AC condensate line. Truly, the thoughtful engineering of the house systems will be appreciated for decades to come.

This is an enormous treehouse, built in the canopy of a circle of oak trees. This clearing with fire pit is in a larger grove of oaks. It is hard to put into words how special this land is- you just have to visit and feel it yourself. Custom wood gate beyond the treehouse leads you through woods to the wet weather creek.
